Die mikroprozessorgesteuerten Druckmessumformer eignen sich zur Erfassung von \u00dcber-, Unter- oder Differenzdruck von nichtaggressiven Gasen. Sie kommen sowohl bei Heizungs-, L\u00fcftungs- oder Klimaanwendungen, als auch in der Reinraumtechnik oder der Feinzugmessung zum Einsatz. Die Druckmessung erfolgt \u00fcber einen piezoresistiven Drucksensor. Das Material der mediumber\u00fchrenden Teile ist Ni, PU, Al, Au, Pyrex Glas, Silikon, Kovar, Duraplast, Ultem Plastic. Die Zeitkonstante ist zwischen ca. 10\u00a0ms, 2\u00a0s oder 4\u00a0s umschaltbar. Beim diesem Ger\u00e4t kann zwischen den relativen Messbereichen \u00b11000\u00a0Pa, \u00b1750\u00a0Pa, \u00b1500\u00a0Pa und \u00b1250\u00a0Pa gew\u00e4hlt werden.<\/div>\n
